Touring Skills
So you have been riding for a while and decide to go for longer trips- perhaps with your partner or with friends- this is an awesome social aspect of Touring Skills riding that many of us enjoy. There are few things that change dramatically when you have been on the road for a while, in a group or change the bikes handing dynamics by adding weight, weather and potential obstacles to the mix.
As this is a rider led discussion and practice, the topics below are a guide only as each group discussion goes in different directions. This is a 2.5 hour session with discussions held mostly between riding activities. It is encouraged to bring your pillion (no extra charge) if you ride with one often. This session has a maximum of 4 bikes however there may be 8 participants including Pillions.
